Sunreef Yachts reveals the 55 Open Sunreef Power
At the 2022 Fort Lauderdale International Yacht Show, Sunreef Yachts shared their latest news and developments, including their new 55 Open Sunreef Power. According to the Polish yard, the 55-foot luxury hybrid yacht is a perfect mix of “speed, stability, and luxury.”
Some of the most outstanding features of the 55 Open Sunreef Power include a large semi-open saloon and a roomy aft that holds two folding bulwark platforms. Its walkaround deck connects to the bow, which includes sun loungers. Tenders and other water toys can be stored in the motorized swim platform.
The luxury hybrid yacht has been outfitted with signature Sunreef Yachts solar panels into its composite surfaces to demonstrate its commitment to sustainability. Additionally, the batteries are said to be lighter to improve propulsion efficiency.
The 55 Open Sunreef Power will be constructed at Sunreef’s new shipyard in the United Arab Emirates, is ideal for trips lasting one to two nights. It surely is a desirable option given that there are numerous potential buyers in that region.
In other news, Sunreef Yachts has also announced a new contract signing to develop their upcoming electric catamaran superyacht, the Sunreef 100 Eco. The 100-foot yacht will be built with composite-integrated solar panels and electric motors. The company also has plans to expand their footprint in the United States by creating a new office in Fort Lauderdale, Texas.
