Official specifications and a more detailed look of the Adventure 1 electric UTV have been released by Canadian startup Potential Motors. Their new fully-electric UTV is a compact but incredibly capable electric camper van that combines the spacious and smooth ride of an SUV with the off-road features of a UTV.
The Potential Motors designers who created the Adventure 1 electric UTV intended for it to be environmentally friendly. They’ve created an all-electric vehicle with dual motors that provides 604 horsepower and 737 lb-ft of torque, along with a battery pack that allows 100 miles of range.

It features a 12.9-inch ground clearance and 40 and 45 degree approach and departure angles. Its 105-inch wheelbase gives it lots of stability, and its 64-inch width makes it easy to maneuver in small spaces. The little vehicle also has an active suspension and an advanced onboard technology called Off-Road OS that instantly modifies damping and stiffness for peak performance.
Another unique feature of the Potential Motors Adventure 1 is that its entirely air-tight, which allows it to easily cross streams and rivers at ease. Inside, there’s seating for four passengers and two passengers can sleep comfortably. Also included is a full-size bed and a modular pull-out kitchen with a refrigerator, a sink, and a two-burner propane stove. The 40-liter fresh water tank located onboard provides running water and there’s a dry storage capacity of over 2,500 liters.
The Potential Motors Adventure 1 electric UTV is scheduled to go on sale this fall for $136,000 and can now be pre-ordered with a refundable $1,000.
