Let’s dive into the details of the Rossinavi Seawolf X AI-powered catamaran
After making her premiere at this year’s Monaco Yacht Show, the 42.8-meter Rossinavi Seawolf X AI-powered catamaran is set to become the first ai-powered cat to hit the seas. This 140-foot aluminum catamaran is the first multihull built by the Italian yard. Additionally, it’s a hybrid-electric yacht with diesel generators, solar panels, electric engines, and batteries.
The Rossinavi Seawolf X AI-powered catamaran also has cutting-edge artificial intelligence technologies installed to improve performance and the experiences of both the owner and visitors. Rossinavi has created Rossinavi AI, an onboard artificial intelligence system that analyzes vessel operations, anticipates guest demands, and interacts with crew members regarding “lower-impact behaviors” and “conscious cruising.” Additionally, the AI can keep an eye on the battery to maintain it between 20 and 80 percent.
A number of sensors are installed throughout the cat, working with the AI. These include turning off TVs that have been left on and verifying that visitors are in their cabins to save needless air conditioning use. The AI remembers the visitors’ precise temperature preferences and turns on again when they go back, a very nifty and welcoming feature. Additionally, the cat’s interior lighting automatically adjusts its brightness based on the time of day and the amount of sunlight outside.
Studio Fulvio De Simoni Yacht Design is on its second partnership with Rossinavi after Aurora in 2017 and designed the exterior architecture of the Rossinavi Seawolf X AI-powered catamaran, which is characterized by a sleek, low profile and a smooth hull curve that rises toward the bow. Meyer Davis Studio, located in New York, created the Seawolf X’s interior, which features soft textures, and natural materials.
“After years of study and construction, it is now a source of satisfaction and pride for us to witness the launch of project Sea Cat, now Seawolf X, the first hybrid-electric multihull vessel,” said Federico Rossi, COO of Rossinavi. “This yacht showcases remarkable technological innovations in both power management and propulsion technologies, marking the beginning of a new chapter in next-generation vessels.”
