If you ever wanted a full-size version of an RC car, The Little Car Company Tamiya Wild One Max EV buggy is the perfect choice for you. With eight swappable battery packs and 124 miles of range, the Wild One Max will be making its debut at this year’s Good wood Festival of Speed.

The Tamiya Wild One Max EV was first announced in 2021 as a windscreen-less single-seat vehicle with a 5.5-hp electric motor and drew electricity from a small 2.0-kWh battery pack. According to LCC, it was aiming for a 25-mile range, and its top speed of 30 mph was somewhat tame compared to other vehicles.

At 141.7 inches overall, the new Wild One Max is both broader and longer. The cockpit is now large enough to accommodate two people. It also gets a redesigned front suspension with long-travel Eibach springs and Bilstein dampers at each corner in place of trailing arms and double wishbones.
