Indian Motorcycle And Super73 Collab For The eFTR Hooligan 1.2 E-Bike

No license required for the Indian Motorcycle and Super73 eFTR Hooligan 1.2 E-Bike

The eFTR Hooligan 1.2 e-bike is the product of the iconic Indian Motorcycle’s collaboration with California electric bike manufacturing company Super73. Together they have combined Indian Motorcycle’s styling and branding with Super73’s electric powertrain. The end result is the eFTR Hooligan 1.2, a classy alternative to the “dirt bike” look we’re accustomed to from Super73, and you don’t even need a motorcycle license to ride it.

The build of the eFTR Hooligan 1.2 e-bike features similarities to both Super 73’s popular models such as the S2, along with Indian’s FTR street bike. Indian have added an inverted telescopic front fork and moto-style handlebars to the bike’s aluminum frame. They’ve also removed both fenders, relocated the battery pack from the top tube to the down tube, and lengthened the seat. Other features include 20-inch wheels and both front and rear disc brakes.

Indian Motorcycle and Super73 have retained Indian’s trademark classic dark red and black colorway for the eFTR Hooligan 1.2 e-bike. It’s built with a large 960-Wh detachable battery that holds a range of up to 75 miles (120km) and a top speed of 28 mph. That range is more likely to lower down to about 20-40 miles if you’d actually want to have some fun with the Hooligan 1.2.

The Hooligan 1.2 also features four ride modes: Level 0 (no assist), Level 1 (Eco), Level 2 (Tour), Level 3 (Sport), and Level 4 (Off-Road). The high-performance and versatile eFTR Hooligan 1.2 e-bike costs $3,999.99 MSRP and is expected to become available exclusively at Indian Motorcycle dealers and Indian’s website in the upcoming months.
