Charge The Lightning Motorcycles Strike Sportsbike As Fast As Filling Up A Tank Of Gas

The Lightning Motorcycles Strike sportsbike can rechange in only 10 minutes

Sparring just 10 minutes of time will allow owners of the Lightning Motorcycles Strike sportsbike to fully recharge their vehicle. The amazing feature is achieved due to its fast charging Enevate battery pack, an option available for customers to upgrade on their Lightning, including the new Strike model.

The super-high-density silicon-anode batteries from Enevate may be sufficiently effective to alleviate some of the range issues that surround electric motorcyclists. Lightning Motorcycles offers a 24 kWh battery pack for its new models, which is the same size as the 20 kWh battery the manufacturer typically uses.

The additional 4 kWh of power significantly extends the range of both bikes. When testing the bikes on California’s Interstate 5,  the company was able to reach “150 to 170 miles of range at 70 miles an hour”, according to Lightning Motorcycles CEO Richard Hatfield. While using a Level 3 charger, It takes just 10 minutes to recharge the battery from low to 80 percent capacity, providing around 135 miles of range.
